Here at the BCA, we want prospective buyers to know just how great we really are- and the more your realtor knows, the more connected to the community you will feel. Brandermill hosted a Realtor Event on February 10th at the newly renovated Harbour Pointe Clubhouse. Around 30 realtors showed up to learn more about Brandermill and its selling points. They were provided items to share with future residents about the community, including the Programs Guide, Compass, and a fact sheet discussing buying and selling homes in Brandermill, top items found on resale inspections, and marketing features for selling homes in our community.
We’ve made it smoother than ever to go through the buying process as we mail Welcome Packets out to new residents within days of their move-in date, ensuring they have all the information they need to get settled in. The BCA has put in work to make this neighborhood stand out against new and upcoming neighborhoods, offering storage, three pools, a golf course, a tennis court, and boat storage along the reservoir for an affordable price.
The realtors in attendance were happy to learn that Brandermill is doing so much in our community and making a big effort to connect with local realtors. It was the general consensus that not only does Brandermill have amazing views and so much to offer, but it’s easy to sell.
