The Sailing Center has paddleboats, sailboats, paddleboards, kayaks, canoes, jon boats and trolling motors to rent. The BranderBelle pontoon seats 13 and is available for parties and Saturday morning cruises and comes with one of Brandermill’s friendly captains. Bass fishing tournaments are held on the reservoir in the spring and fall or try a little fishing anytime on your own.

Pools open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. No initiation fees • Swim Lessons • Swim Team • Special Activities and Events for All Ages. Membership applications, guest passes, and photo ids are available during office hours at the BCA office. Call 744-1035 for details.

Parks, Pavilions, and Playgrounds

Picnic pavilions are available for family gatherings, a quiet Sunday afternoon with the kids, or a picnic. Sunday Park is a Brandermill treasure and is fully equipped for hosting dozens of guests. The little ones will love the swings, slides and jungle-gyms at the Sunday Park Playground. A volleyball court is also available. Restroom facilities are provided for your convenience. Residents can find playgrounds at the following locations; Sunday Park, Millcrest, Nuttree Park, Promontory Pointe, Sagegrove, St. Ledger's Pool and Waterside Park.

Trails

Brandermill was created for the nature lover. Enjoy watching the ducks, geese and turtles swimming along the shoreline; listen to the spring peepers and a myriad of singing birds. Observe the early morning activities of a blue heron or osprey, or an exciting fishing excursion in the reservoir of visiting bald eagles.
