Sponsorship Opportunities
Is your business looking for a creative and engaging way to reach new, loyal, and active customers? Partner with Brandermill Community Association to connect directly with a vibrant community of more than 4,000 households.
We are seeking sponsors on an ongoing basis to support a wide range of community programs and events, including wellness initiatives, immersive experiences, celebrations, and live performances. Sponsorship provides your business with increased visibility, strong brand recognition, and meaningful connections throughout Brandermill and the greater Chesterfield area.
Through cross-promotion with our Lifestyle programs, your business benefits from consistent exposure and direct engagement with residents.
We offer multiple partnership levels to match your marketing goals and budget.
Premier Partner
Investment: $2,000
- Premium visibility at major events including Spring Festival, July 4th Festivities, and Fall Festival
- Required prize donation of $25 or more for each contest held at sponsored festivals
- Opportunities to sponsor additional smaller events as available
- Logo placement in:
- Weekly Lifestyle email newsletter
- All sponsored event advertising including email, digital, and social media
- Sponsorship board at the Association office
- Advertising support for partner organized resident events using Association communication channels
- On site presence at sponsored events including vendor tables, parade floats, and banners provided by the partner
- Opportunity to submit educational articles for publication in the Brandermill Compass, subject to staff review
- Free clubhouse rental for resident focused events, subject to availability
Platinum Sponsor
Investment: $1,000
- Premium visibility and participation at the July 4th Festivities and either the Spring or Fall Festival
- Required prize donation of $25 or more for each contest held at sponsored festivals
- Logo placement on all sponsored event advertising including email, digital, and social media
- Banner displayed at sponsored events, provided by the partner
- Logo and contact information featured on the sponsorship board at the Association office
Gold Sponsor
Investment: $750
- Premium visibility and participation at one major event, either the Spring Festival, July 4th Festivities, or Fall Festival
- Required prize donation of $25 or more for each contest held at the sponsored festival
- Logo placement on all sponsored event advertising including email, digital, and social media
- Logo and contact information displayed on the sponsorship board at the Association office
Series Sponsorships
Investment: $500 for the full series or $75 per individual date
The Association provides the clubhouse, tables, chairs, kitchen access, trash service, and microphone and speaker system.
Available series include:
- New Resident Welcome Party, held four times annually. Sponsor provides appetizers, wine, and beer.
- S’mores and Stories, held four times annually. Sponsor provides s’mores supplies.
- Flow in the Beat, held four times annually. Sponsor provides snacks, appetizers, and wine.
- Holiday Contests. Sponsor donates prizes valued at $25 or more for each contest category.
