Board of Directors

The community holds annual elections to select members of the Board of Directors. Board members are volunteer residents who serve three-year, staggered terms. The Board is responsible for establishing policies, rules, and regulations on behalf of the membership.

The Board employs a professional management team and staff who oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the community. In addition, several volunteer committees work alongside the Board and staff to support various areas of community involvement and operations.

The Annual Meeting is held each April, and the Board convenes monthly meetings throughout the year.

All Board meetings are open to the community, and residents are encouraged to attend and stay engaged. Each meeting includes a designated Member Voice period, providing residents with the opportunity to address the Board directly.

Meeting schedules, notices, community news, and events are shared through multiple channels, including the BCA website, the monthly community newsletter, The Compass, weekly community email communications, and at the BCA office.
