CANCELLED: February 5 Board Candidate Information Session

This session has been canceled due to low registration.

Another opportunity to attend will be held on February 17 at 6:00 PM at the North Beach Clubhouse. RSVP required.

This information session is intended for anyone who may be interested in running for the Board of Directors and would like to learn more about the role and responsibilities of a Board Member. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, speak with current representatives, and gain a better understanding of what service on the Board entails.

The session provides a great opportunity to meet fellow attendees and participate in an open and informative question-and-answer discussion.

Board of Directors Candidate Nomination Application

Board of Directors Candidate Nomination Applications are available for pickup at the BCA office or may be completed digitally using the link below. Completed applications can be submitted in person at the BCA office or emailed to [email protected] or [email protected].

Please ensure that all responses fit within a single page in total length. All applications must be received by noon on February 23, 2026.

Community Election Survey

Next month, you will have an opportunity to vote for new members of the Brandermill Community Association Board of Directors. Help prospective candidates understand what matters most to our homeowners and business members.

Please take two minutes and answer three questions on Survey Monkey.

All responses to this anonymous survey will be collected on Friday, Feb. 13, and made available to all residents, as well as to candidates for the Board, on Tuesday, Feb. 17.

Volunteers Needed: Proxy Certification Process

The BCA is seeking volunteers to assist with the Proxy Certification Process. Volunteers will support the Executor of the Elections in evaluating and counting paper proxies.

Availability is needed during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on April 13–17 and April 20–22. Full availability for every date is not required, but flexibility within the listed times is important.

Thursday, March 5 – In-person Board Candidate Panel with Q&A, 6 p.m. at North Beach 
Monday, March 9 – Vote HOA Now voting instruction email. 
Monday, March 16 – BOD Meeting, 6 PM via Zoom 
Monday, April 20 – BOD Meeting, 6 PM at North Beach 
Wednesday, April 22 – Proxies due by 12 PM at the BCA office 
Wednesday, April 22 – Annual Meeting, 6 PM
