Maintenance concerns, questions and feedback are very much welcome, and the BCA staff looks forward to assisting with all requests. To ensure that you receive a timely response and to provide the most accurate assistance, please notify the BCA office in one of the following ways:
- Clicking the Request button above will take you to Sign-in to the Resident Portal, from your account you can file a work order request, or;
- Contact the BCA office at 804-744-1035 during normal business hours and speak with our front desk to open a work order. After receiving your information, a staff member will immediately create a work order. Once a formal work order is created, the Maintenance Department is notified.
- Send an email 24 hours a day to [email protected]. Staff will create a work order and notify the Maintenance Department.
- If you have an immediate need or concern, please call the First Service Residential customer care line 24 hours at 800-870-0010. A live agent will then assist you and notify the BCA Maintenance Department.
Maintenance requests made outside of these three options may not be received by the association or may not receive a timely response. Please keep this information for your records as it is the best and fastest way to get in touch with the maintenance team.
