Resident Parking Passes
Brandermill has several designated resident only parking areas that are available exclusively to homeowners who have a valid resident parking pass. A current hangtag is required to park in the following locations:
- Lower Loop at Sunday Park
- The Landing at Commodore Pointe
- Clubhouses and pool facilities
- Special events such as July 4th Celebration
These areas are regularly patrolled by the Chesterfield County Police Department. Any vehicle parked in these areas without a valid hangtag is subject to ticketing and or towing at the owner’s expense.
Hangtags are not required to park in a resident’s driveway.
Resident parking passes are issued to residents only and are not valid for guests. Each hangtag is valid for the two calendar years printed on the tag.
How to Obtain or Update a Hangtag
Hangtags can only be obtained in person at the Brandermill Community Association office and cannot be mailed.
To receive a new hangtag or update an existing one, residents must bring the current vehicle registration for each vehicle to the association office. A separate registration is required for each vehicle.
The name and address on the vehicle registration must match a Brandermill resident. If the information does not match, a hangtag cannot be issued.
