Harbour Pointe Clubhouse
The Harbour Pointe Clubhouse is an ideal setting for all occasions and events. Its bright, inviting interior makes it perfect for wedding receptions, corporate training, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, and other gatherings for Brandermill residents. Enjoy a beautiful view of the reservoir and breathtaking sunsets that will make your event truly special and memorable.
Please note: Renting the clubhouse does not include the pool.

Tour the Clubhouse:
The clubhouse can be toured before submitting a rental request. To schedule a walk-through, contact our Lifestyle Director at Jonathan.Sharp@fsresidential.com or by phone at 804-744-1035 ext. 1007.
The clubhouse includes tables and chairs to seat up to 65 guests, with a total standing capacity of 150. A large kitchen is available, making meal preparation convenient for you or your chosen caterer.
Available Furnishings:
- Eleven 6-foot tables
- Three pub-height tables
- 59 chairs
The kitchen features:
- Two Ovens
- Sink
- a refrigerator and freezer
- Microwave
- NO stovetop
Rental Information:
- Four-hour block (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM): $300
- Additional hour: $75 per hour
- Full-day rental (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM): $650
Additional Fees:
- Damage Deposit: $250 (refundable if the clubhouse is left in the same condition and the key is returned)
Cleaning Responsibilities:
Renters are responsible for completing the required cleaning tasks. A detailed checklist is provided on the rental sheet when keys are picked up at the BCA office.
Key Return:
Keys must be returned after each rental.
- If the return day is a business day, return the key between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- If the return day falls on a weekend, keys may be returned via the BCA office mail slot.
Please note: Keys are limited, and timely return ensures that all rentals have access as needed.
Reservation Requests:
- Submit clubhouse reservation requests via your Resident Portal at least seven days in advance.
- If approved, a rental agreement and payment link will be sent for completion.
- You may also request a reservation by calling the BCA office at 804-744-1035 or in person at the BCA office.
Alcohol Policy for Rentals
