The BCA maintains 15 miles of trails throughout the Brandermill community. Residents can enjoy year-round access for walking, jogging, biking, or simply connecting with the natural surroundings.
Doggie stations are provided throughout the trail system for residents exercising their pets, and all dogs must be leashed at all times.
A trail map is available from the BCA office, or you can download a PDF version

To ensure safety and enjoyment for all trail users, please observe the following guidelines:
- Use the paths rather than the streets for bicycling and jogging
- Go single file when approaching others from the opposite direction
- Stay on the trails to reduce erosion
- Speak quietly and minimize cell phone conversations
- A simple “hello” is sufficient to alert others when passing
- Walkers and joggers have the right of way over bicycles
- Bicyclists should use a bell to alert pedestrians when passing
- Residents walking pets must adhere to county leash laws
