Pool Registration Is Now Open!

Residents can register for the upcoming pool season from home using any device. This year, Brandermill Community is upgrading to a new app-based entry system through PoolEntry Inc. The new system makes it simple to manage your household registration and purchase guest passes from your phone, anytime and anywhere!

Guest passes: Every registered home will receive two complimentary guest passes. Each additional guest pass is $5 and can be purchased directly from the app. Guest passes do not roll over to the next season and cannot be transferred.

Important – Read Before You Register:

  • Community Registration Code: Use the Brandermill Community code YG98A8 when registering for the community pools. This code is for Brandermill residents only and must not be shared with anyone outside the community.
  • Proof of Residency and Pictures are Required for All Household Members: When prompted at the start of registration, you must upload proof of residency for ALL household members, including children, except those listed on the deed. All household members, including children and those listed on the deed, must submit pictures. Applications that are missing any household member’s documentation or photos will not be approved. Valid proof of residency includes documents such as bills, bank statements, government-issued mail, lease agreements, mortgage statements, etc. Promotional and advertising mail is not accepted. If you are unsure what qualifies, please view the list below.
  • Claim Your Two Complimentary Guest Passes During Registration: You must claim your two complimentary guest passes while completing the registration process. They cannot be added to your account after registration is submitted.

Please note that the PoolEntry app is compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Birthday Party Pool Package – Available for Summer 2026!

Residents can book a 2-hour birthday pool party package for $150, which includes up to ten attendees and your choice of tablecloth color: red, blue, pink, or purple, at any of our pools. Each party comes with a host to assist with setup and cleanup of the pool deck pavilion.

You’ll also get to select three age-appropriate, fun-filled games, both in and out of the pool, to keep party guests entertained and make the celebration memorable.  Click here to view the options of pool games available.

*Additional party attendees are $10. If your party has 25 or more party attendees, an additional charge of $25 per hour to cover additional lifeguard coverage will be included.
