Pool Access
When you choose to live in Brandermill, you are not just purchasing a home, but a way of life. The Brandermill lifestyle includes automatic access to our three (3) pools. CellBadge
All Brandermill residents must be registered on CellBadge to access the pools. We are utilizing this software for a paperless and contactless check-in and out process. Each member that resides at the property should be registered, on the CellBadge account. A member photo is required, so please make sure you have one uploaded for each registered member!

Guest Access
Access to the pools is first and foremost granted to our members, however, we offer guest passes for those members wanting to invite family or friends to join them. Individually, a guest pass is $10.00 or we offer a packet of 10 passes for $50.00. To purchase your guest pass(es) please visit the link below or any of the pools during pool hours. Payments may be made by credit card only. * NO CASH will be accepted at the pools.
Birthday Party Pool Package
Birthday Pool Party Package
Available from June 4th – September 4th
Residents can purchase a 2-hour birthday pool party package that includes ten guests and a tablecloth color of red, blue, pink, or purple, at any of the pools. The package will also have a birthday party host to set up and clean up the pool deck pavilion party area and lead three fun-filled age-appropriate games in and out of the pool for guests to enjoy.
Cost: $150
*Additional guests are $10. If your party has 25 or more guests, an additional charge of $25 per hour to cover additional lifeguard coverage will be included. All payments must be submitted at least a week in advance. Credit/debit, checks, or money orders are accepted at the BCA office. Payments for Birthday Party Packages will not be accepted at the pool.
