ABOUT: Celebrate National Senior Fitness Day with a full day dedicated to movement, wellness, and healthy living! Enjoy a morning walk in the beauty of Sunday Park, followed by a beginner-level Gentle Strength & Balance Exercise Class led by Kayla Rothrock, DPT, NASM-CPT, and an afternoon workshop led by Lucky Road Run Shop on the importance of how to choose the right supportive shoe. Join us for connection, education, and activities designed to inspire strength and vitality.

Enjoy a refreshing guided walk through Sunday Park. Free yogurt parfaits and breakfast sandwiches prepared and provided by Auburn Hill Senior Living.
10:00 AM – Sunday Park Pavilion
💪 Gentle Strength & Balance Exercise Class
Beginner-friendly class led by Kayla Rothrock, DPT, NASM-CPT. No equipment needed. Focus on mobility, balance, and gentle strength with chair-based, seated, or standing options. Modifications offered to meet all participants’ needs.
1:00 PM – Harbour Pointe Clubhouse

Learn the importance of choosing the right supportive shoe with Lucky Road Run Shop, a locally owned shoe store. Enjoy a charcuterie board provided by Auburn Hill Senior Living while you learn.
