Brandermill Community Association

Aqua Classes

Aqua classes are a great option for low-impact aerobic exercise. We offer multiple class types for Brandermill members of all ages to join.

AQUA ZUMBA

Combining the Zumba philosophy with vigorous aqua exercises, this is one pool party you don’t want to miss! The water’s resistance cushions your feet, knees, and back as you dance the class away! Classes are held in shallow water (chest deep) for a great low-impact but challenging workout.

LO/HI

A low-impact but high-intensity interval training water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees, and back.

AQUA S’WET

This class is the exclusive Structured Water Exercise Training program that starts with the principles and basics building blocks of aquatic fitness and combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with advanced cardio, plyometrics, strength training, and a splash of fun!

AQUA FLOW

Engage in a series of deliberate and graceful movements set to music, starting off slowly and gradually increasing in intensity with elements of resistance and cardiovascular exercises, before flowing back into a state of gentle movement.

Cost: $168 per BCA member / Summer Session (21 classes) $8 for each class.
