Biannual Community Brush and Branch Cleanup

The BCA Maintenance Department provides community-wide brush and branch collection twice a year—in Spring and Fall.

  • Fall 2025 Cleanup: October 2025
  • Spring 2026 Cleanup: April 2026

This service helps keep your neighborhoods clean and well-maintained!

How It Works

Each neighborhood is assigned a four-day pickup window.

  • Place properly prepared brush and branch debris at the curb by 7:30 AM on any day of your scheduled week.
  • Maintenance crews will circulate through your zone each day of that week.
  • Once your zone’s dates have passed, crews will not return.
  • Late items will not be collected. Any debris left at the curb more than seven days after your pickup week will be considered a violation.

👉 Please check the flyer (linked below) to confirm your neighborhood’s scheduled pickup week.
