Committees
The committees of Brandermill are made up of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about serving and improving their community. These volunteers provide valuable experience, insight, and guidance to the Board of Directors and management team. Each committee is officially sanctioned by the board and focuses on a specific area of interest, as outlined in its organizational charter.

Committee Member Testimonial
“I have lived in Brandermill for 34+ years and first became involved in the community as a Neighborhood Community Representative (NRC) approximately 10 years ago for Huntsbridge and later became the Treasurer for the NRC. I enjoyed meeting other residents from other Brandermill communities and voicing concerns for the community to the Brandermill Board of Directors. During this time, I attended Brandermill Finance Committee meetings and was eventually asked to join the committee. I joined the committee and soon after became the Vice Chairman and later the Chairman of this committee. Being actively involved in the community has been a tremendous learning experience, and I have had the pleasure of meeting other individuals to make Brandermill a better place. I would encourage residents to become involved, meet others to learn more about how our community works.” – George Lawson, Jr. – Brandermill Finance Committee Chair
