Private Cruises on the Branderbelle
Set sail on the Brandermill reservoir aboard the Branderbelle, a captain-piloted pontoon boat designed for private gatherings. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, hosting out-of-town visitors, or planning a unique evening with friends, a Branderbelle cruise offers a memorable experience on the water.
The Branderbelle is available from April 1 through October 31, seven days a week, by reservation and availability. Members must make reservations at least 7 business days in advance. Business days are Monday through Friday, as the BCA office is closed on weekends. Please note that cruises may begin as early as 9:00 a.m. and continue until dusk, weather permitting.

The Branderbelle accommodates up to 12 passengers, including adults, children, and infants. For safety, children under the age of one must wear a United States Coast Guard–approved personal flotation device at all times.
How to Reserve
- Submit a reservation request through the Amenity Request tool in the Resident Portal or at the BCA office.
- Requests must be received at least seven business days in advance (Monday through Friday).
- The BCA will confirm captain availability.
- Once approved, you will receive a link to make your payment online.
Rental Fees
- Two-hour cruise: $100 (includes up to 10 guests)
- Additional guests: $10 per person (up to 12 total passengers)
Cruise Policies
- Cruises may be canceled in the event of poor weather conditions.
- Rentals are available only to Brandermill property owners and tenants in good standing with the BCA.
- Reservations cannot be made at the Boating Center or directly through a captain.
- A maximum of 12 guests is permitted.
- Fishing and swimming are not allowed from the boat.
- Pets are not permitted, except for service animals.
- Smoking and alcohol are prohibited on board.
