This information session is intended for anyone who may be interested in running for the Board of Directors and would like to learn more about the role and responsibilities of a Board Member. The session will be held on February 5, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the North Beach Clubhouse.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, speak with current representatives, and gain a better understanding of what service on the Board entails. The session provides a great opportunity to meet fellow attendees and participate in an open and informative question and answer discussion.
RSVP is required.
Board of Directors Candidate Nomination Application
Board of Directors Candidate Nomination Applications are available for pickup at the BCA office or may be completed digitally using the link below. Completed applications can be submitted in person at the BCA office or emailed to [email protected] or [email protected].
Please ensure that all responses fit within a single page in total length. All applications must be received by noon on February 23, 2026.

- Wednesday, January 28 – Candidate Nomination Packets are available for pick up at the BCA office.
- Thursday, February 5 – BOD Candidate Information Session, 6 p.m. at North Beach. RSVP required.
- Monday, February 23 – Candidate Nomination Packets & photos are due back at the BCA office by 12 PM
- Monday, February 23 – BOD Meeting, 6 PM via Zoom – Proxy approved.
- Monday, March 2 – Meet the Candidate Videos posted/emailed.
- Tuesday, March 3 – Meeting Notice to the printer
- Thursday, March 5 – In-person Board Candidate Panel with Q&A, 6 p.m. at North Beach
- Monday, March 9 – Vote HOA Now voting instruction email.
- Monday, March 16 – BOD Meeting, 6 PM via Zoom
- Monday, April 20 – BOD Meeting, 6 PM at North Beach
- Wednesday, April 22 – Proxies due by 12 PM at BCA office
- Wednesday, April 22 – Annual Meeting, 6 PM
