Boating
Members have exclusive access to the Swift Creek Reservoir from 4 different locations throughout the community.
The Swift Creek Reservoir is a 1,700-acre impoundment containing approximately 5.2 billion gallons of water, encompassing 61.9 square miles of the northwest part of the county.
Pools
Brandermill has three pools, and access is automatic as a member of the Association! See our pools page for registration information.
Pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Recreation
Picnic pavilions are available for family gatherings, quiet Sunday afternoons with the kids, or company picnics.
