Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Location: North Beach Clubhouse
Fee: $10 per session, per person. Register for one session or all. ***Must pay at the session with cash or check only.***
About: Stay active, improve mobility, and build gentle strength with this family-friendly exercise class designed for all fitness levels. Most exercises use a chair, either seated or standing, and resistance bands are provided—no additional equipment is needed. The instructor offers modifications to meet every participant’s needs.
