Welcome home. For 50 years, the breezes off the lake have whispered those words to the residents of Brandermill. This award-winning community affords easy access to any Richmond area destination and features a diverse selection of architectural styles throughout 80 distinctive neighborhoods. The BCA Board of Directors is the policy-making body of Brandermill and is responsible for the Association’s overall direction and operation.

The Board consists of seven (7) Directors who reside in the community and are invested in the prosperity of Brandermill.

Board Elections are coming up in April– The BCA seeks two (2) qualified community members to serve on our Board of Directors for the next three years. We are looking for civic-minded members who are intent on making decisions that positively impact the Association.

Members have exclusive access to the Swift Creek Reservoir from 4 different locations throughout the community.

The Swift Creek Reservoir is a 1,700-acre impoundment containing approximately 5.2 billion gallons of water, encompassing 61.9 square miles of the northwest part of the county.


Brandermill is home to three pools and access is automatic as a member of the Association!

Pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Picnic pavilions are available for family gatherings, a quiet Sunday afternoon with the kids, or a company picnic.

The little ones will love the swings, slides, and jungle gyms at our parks and neighborhood playgrounds.
