Resident Parking Passes
Brandermill has several designated “resident only” parking areas available only to our residents who obtain our special parking pass. This pass is required for parking privileges in the Lower Loop at Sunday Park, the Landing at Commodore Pointe, and the Harbour Pointe Pool & Clubhouse. These areas are regularly patrolled by Chesterfield County Police. Vehicles parked in these areas not displaying current “hangtags” are subject to ticketing and/or towing at the owners’ expense.
To obtain a new hangtag or update an existing one, please bring the current registration for each vehicle to the BCA office. A separate registration is required for each car you need a hangtag for. Hangtags are valid for the two years listed on the tag itself.
