Brandermill Community Association

Town Hall Meeting Series – Document Rewrite

Did you know that Brandermill is celebrating its 49th anniversary this year? As one of the first large planned communities in the state, Brandermill has played a significant role in shaping the residential landscape. In fact, back in 1977, Brandermill was recognized as “The Best Planned Community in America” by Better Homes & Gardens magazine and the National Association of Home Builders.

While our community has thrived over the years, we acknowledge that some of our Homeowners Association (HOA) documents, which are 25-50 years old, may no longer align with the current state code. To address this concern, a dedicated committee has been diligently working for the past two years on a document rewrite, aiming to update our policies and ensure they better serve our present-day community and its needs.

Over the next 7 months, we will be holding many Town Hall meetings to review the proposed changes and educate the community on what those changes mean, giving everyone the opportunity to provide feedback and ask questions. The goal is to communicate, educate and clarify what these changes mean for you before they go to vote in 2024.
