North Beach Clubhouse
The North Beach Clubhouse has a fresh, modern feel, gorgeous natural light, and a spacious floor plan. Perfect for wedding receptions, reunions, birthday celebrations, and meetings. A large catering kitchen makes meal preparations easy for you or your choice of caterers!
Renters are responsible for the setup and cleanup of the clubhouse. North Beach Clubhouse features restrooms and is furnished with:
- 29 chairs
- Two 4-foot tables
- Four 8-foot tables
- Five pub-height tables
- Ten round tables
The space can accommodate up to 100 people standing.

Regular Weekend Rental Rates:
- $400.00 – Clubhouse only four-hour block rental between 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- $500 – Clubhouse and kitchen four-hour block rental between 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- $75.00 Per additional hour
- $750.00 – Full day rental: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Additional Fees:
- $350.00 Damage Deposit
- Rental Over-run penalty – $50 for every 15 minutes late
These fees are refundable if the key is returned and the clubhouse is left as you found it after your event.

Make A Reservation
All Clubhouse Reservation Requests must be made in the Resident Portal or at the BCA office. Please use the “Reservation Request” button, to fill out the form. Reservation requests must be submitted at least seven days in advance.
