Tree Removal Application

Per Residential Design Standard 8.6: Trees measuring with a diameter 6″ or greater, measured at 2 ‘from the ground, may not be removed without prior approval of the Association. Trees that are closer than 15 ‘to a house or other structure, trees that are leaning, dead or diseased (need approval) and individual trees within a group where removal will not substantially impact the appearance of the yard, will generally be approved. Where proposed tree removal will significantly reduce the number of trees on the property, removal may be limited and/or require a landscape plan/or replacement landscaping.

Review will be within 2 to 3 business days following marked date. Please clearly mark trees using bright tape/ribbon or approval may be delayed. As the owner of the property, or its approved agent, I hereby give the BCA, its staff and other members of the Association, involved in the review of my application, permission to enter my property, and take and share pictures where necessary for the purpose of reviewing the aspects of the application, and providing me with a response to the request.
