About: Join us for an evening of group coaching designed to help you reconnect with your identity beyond being a mother, wife, or your job title! Guided by Liz Sonntag, MD, physician and professional coach, you’ll participate in interactive exercises that encourage meaningful reflection, personal growth, and a few good laughs along the way. Wine and light snacks will be provided.
About Liz Sonntag: Dr. Liz Sonntag is Brandermill resident, a board-certified critical care physician and trained life coach. As the founder of Say More Coaching she works predominantly with women to help them live with greater intention and meaning.
