Times: Mini Movers (ages 18 months to 3 years) 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Tiny Trainers (ages 4 to 6 years) 10:40 AM – 11:10 AM
Location: Sunday Park
Fee: $8 for 1 child | $12 for 2 children | $16 for 3 children | $4 for each additional child
Fees are based on the number of children attending and cover the entire day. Whether a child participates in one session or multiple sessions, the same daily fee applies. Payment is due at the door.
About: Little Motion Fitness is a children’s movement and fitness program designed to introduce kids to exercise in a fun, positive, and age-appropriate way. Each class includes games, obstacle courses, music, dancing, balance challenges, coordination activities, and strength-building exercises that help children develop important motor skills, confidence, and a love for movement.
Children will stay active while building healthy habits through play, encouragement, and engaging activities designed for all skill levels.
Meet Casey, Founder of Little Motion Fitness: Casey is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Early Education and certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid. With a background as a preschool teacher and special education assistant, Casey understands the importance of helping children learn and grow through movement and play!
As the founder of Little Motion Fitness and a mom of three, Casey created the program to help children develop healthy habits in a way that feels fun and encouraging. Her goal is not to create little athletes, but to help children become confident, active, and excited to move their bodies!
As Casey says, “They think they’re playing. I know they’re training important movement skills.”
