Feisal Hassan recently joined Midlothian Tennis Club in Brandermill as general manager and director of tennis. He is a USPTA master professional and USTA high performance coach.
Hassan was named the 2011 USPTA National Professional of the Year and he was recognized by Racquet Sports Industry magazine as one of its 2011 Champions of Tennis. He also has been recognized five times as the Mid-Atlantic Professional of the Year.
Hassan has extensive experience as director of tennis at large facilities in Northern Virginia and Pennsylvania and locally at the former Briarwood Club. In addition, he has coached at the national and international levels for the country of Zimbabwe.
Hassan and his family are involved with the developmentally challenged population and community, volunteering with groups such as Trinity Lutheran Church, Ministry to the Developmentally Challenged Adults, and Special Olympics.
