Birthday Pool Parties

Residents can reserve a 2-hour birthday pool party package for $150, which includes up to 10 party attendees and a tablecloth color of red, blue, pink, or purple at any of the Brandermill pools. Two tables will be reserved for your party, and you may select up to three games to play. We will provide the supplies and instructions for each game.

Additional attendees: $10 per person.

Large parties: If your party includes 25 or more attendees, an additional $25 per hour will be added to cover extra lifeguard coverage.

Party cancellations must be submitted and verified by email no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled party to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the scheduled party are not eligible for a refund. Verification is considered complete once the Association has acknowledged receipt of the cancellation request via email.

To reserve your date, contact our Lifestyle Director by email at Jonathan.Sharp@fsresidential.com or by phone at 804-744-1035 ext. 1007. Once your party is confirmed, complete the request form. A payment link will be sent after the form is received. Payment is required at least two weeks prior to the party.
