Five Star Finds, a family-owned and operated business opened January 31 at Village at Waterford Shopping Center. Mitchell was in need of a commissary kitchen for his food cart business, Relish Food Carts. The Virginia Department of Health has strict guidelines in place to protect the public from food contamination, and using his home for food preparation was not an option. (more...)
