Commodore Pointe neighbors put on their “mailboxing gloves” and came out on top as the grand champs for being the first in Brandermill to complete installation of the all new green and black mailbox units in their neighborhood. (more...)

Hats off to America!

Wear your most patriotic, beautiful or outrageous hat on Thursday, July 4 for a jam-packed day in keeping with the theme “Hats Off to America!” The day begins at 8 a.m. with the 2013 Brandermill 7.4k race. (Sign up now.) The parade will kick off at 10 a.m., winding its way to Sunday Park. Festivities will continue for Brandermill residents and guests at 11 a.m at the Sunday Park Pavilion. (more...)

A message from your BCA Board President

Last month, an orientation was held for the BCA Board of Directors for the new board year. During the morning of May 16, Community Manager John Bailey led the directors through the Brandermill Community Association Handbook, focusing on covenants, bylaws, articles of incorporation, committee structure and general policies. (more...)
