Due to the extreme weather forecast of Hurricane Sandy, the BCA regrets that the Halloween Tots Festival scheduled for Wednesday, October 31 in Market Square has been cancelled, and cannot be rescheduled for this year. Boo. See you next year, trick-or-treaters!
